Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and all taxes, and your card statement will show Paddle rather than BARVINOK.

For anything about an order — a receipt, a payment method, a tax invoice — you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order ID. For anything about the product itself, write to us.

Before you write

  • Template will not duplicate? Make sure you are signed in to Notion in the same browser, then reopen the link.
  • Widgets look empty? They store data in your browser — check that third-party storage is not blocked, and reload the page.
  • Lost your link? Email us from the address you bought with and we will resend it.
