These terms govern your purchase and use of the Notion templates sold on barvinok.systems. By buying or using a template, you agree to them.
The templates are created and supplied by Fashchevskiy Mykhailo Stepanovich (“BARVINOK”, “we”, “us”), a registered sole trader in Ukraine. Our business details are listed on the contact page; our full registered details are filed with Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: they handle the payment, the invoice, all taxes, and order-related customer enquiries, and their Buyer Terms apply to the transaction itself.
A digital product: a Notion template, delivered as a private link that duplicates the template into your own Notion workspace, together with the interactive HTML widgets embedded inside it. Nothing is shipped physically.
Each product page lists what the template contains. The price shown at checkout is the full price of the product; applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and added by Paddle based on your location.
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the template for your own personal or internal business use, in one Notion workspace, for an unlimited amount of time and on an unlimited number of your own devices.
You may modify the template for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it publicly, share the duplicate link, include it in another product, or use it to create a competing template for sale. The template, its design, its text and its 3D assets remain our intellectual property.
If you need a licence for a team, several workspaces or a company, write to us and we will arrange one.
Delivery is immediate and automatic after payment — see the delivery policy. If you have not received access within one hour, contact us and we will send it manually.
Our products are digital and delivered in full immediately, so they cannot be returned. We refund purchases that fail technically, reported within 3 days — the refund policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms. Paddle may additionally grant refunds at its own discretion under its Buyer Terms.
We may update a template — fixing bugs, adding pages or improving widgets. Updates to a template you bought are free; we announce them by email to buyers of that template.
The interactive widgets are hosted by us and served from our own domain. We intend to keep them online indefinitely, but if we ever discontinue a product we will give buyers at least 30 days’ notice and a self-hosted copy of the widget files so the template keeps working.
The templates are productivity tools, not medical, psychological or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any result. They are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they are error-free or that they will meet every individual need.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Do not use our products or site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may terminate a licence if it is used in breach of these terms, without refund where the breach is material.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
