What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Short version: we sell digital templates, we do not run ads, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
The data controller for this website is Fashchevskiy Mykhailo Stepanovich (“BARVINOK”, “we”, “us”), a registered sole trader in Ukraine. You can reach us any time at support@barvinok.systems.
For purchases, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record and is a separate controller of the payment data you enter at checkout. Their privacy notice is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
When you buy: your email address, your name if you provide it, the product you bought, the order ID, and the country used for tax. We receive this from Paddle. We never see or store your full card number — card data is handled by Paddle and their payment processors.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
When you take the audit: your answers are processed in your browser to produce the result. They are stored in your browser only and are not sent to us.
When you browse: our host records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
To deliver the product you paid for and to provide support (performance of a contract). To send you updates about the template you bought (legitimate interest; every email has an unsubscribe link). To comply with tax and accounting law (legal obligation). To keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Paddle (payments, invoicing, tax). Our email provider, for delivery and support messages. Our hosting provider, which serves this site. Each of them processes the minimum needed to do their job. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Order records: as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years). Support emails: up to 3 years. Server logs: up to 90 days. Anything else: until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@barvinok.systems and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The audit and the template widgets use your browser’s local storage to remember your own answers and progress on your own device; nothing from it is transmitted to us. Paddle’s checkout sets its own cookies necessary to process a payment and prevent fraud.
Our products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for buyers, notify by email.
